Important Please record a video while opening your package if possible. It helps us resolve claims for defects, damage, missing, or wrong items faster with our courier partners. 

Order Cancellation 

You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of payment by emailing contact@aveparis.com. Once packaging or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled and must be returned via the returns process.

Returns

You must first request a Return Request by emailing contact@aveparis.com. Return is possible only after approval. Returns without an approval will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the return conditions.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
• Return Address will be guided by email after approval, as per destination
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 7€ return fee per return via courier will be deducted from your refund amount. Original delivery fee is 5€ - 8€ depending on destination. If the item is defective, damaged, wrong or missing, we will reimburse the return shipping.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges for size, color or change of mind. If you need a different size or color, please return the item after approval and place a completely new order.

Exchanges / replacements are available for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at contact@aveparis.com with photos within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 7–12 business days.
