Order Cancellation

You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of payment by emailing aveparis1981@gmail.com. Once packaging or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• You must first request a Return Request) by emailing aveparis1981@gmail.com. Returns without an approval will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
• Only defective/wrong product will be entertained with proper video and images provided.
  
• No return/exchange/refund policy for sale and discounted items.

Exchanges Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items within 1 day of delivery. Contact us at aveparis1981@gmail.com with photos.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 7–12 business days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color chosen by the customer, or used items. Please make sure to choose proper size/color before an order
