Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 6 business days.
Delivery Time
You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it at Aveparisfr@gmail.com. Once the order has been packed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to collect. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs fees, import taxes, and any handling charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Payment Currency
All prices are shown in Euros (€). If your bank charges any currency conversion fees, they are your responsibility.
Split Shipments
